Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

You will receive your order within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

• You can check your order with the courier before receiving it.

• If you decide not to receive the order and return it immediately with the courier, you will need to pay the shipping fee.

• In case you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can reschedule another delivery day.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging you will need to pay the shipping fee.

• Free shipping applies only to fully completed orders (no returns).

• In case of a partial return, the full shipping cost will be charged.

Return shipping fees:

• Alexandria → 50 EGP

• Cairo & Giza → 60 EGP

• Giza Suburbs → 70 EGP

• Other Governorates → 75 EGP

• Red Sea Cities → 130 EGP

• Upper Egypt → 95 EGP

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال – راليكس

📦 يتم استلام الطلب خلال من ٥ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل حسب موقع العميل.

• يمكنك فحص الأوردر مع المندوب قبل الاستلام.

• في حالة قررت عدم استلام الطلب، يمكنك إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب مع دفع تكلفة الشحن.

• في حالة عدم تواجدك وقت التسليم، يمكن تحديد موعد آخر مع المندوب.

• يمكن إجراء الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وبكامل تغليفها مع دفع تكلفة الشحن.

• الشحن المجاني ينطبق فقط على الطلبات المستلمة بالكامل بدون مرتجع.

• في حالة استرجاع جزئي، يتحمل العميل قيمة الشحن كاملة.

💰 رسوم الشحن في حالة المرتجع:

• الإسكندرية: 50 جنيه

• القاهرة والجيزة: 60 جنيه

• ضواحي الجيزة: 70 جنيه

• باقي المحافظات: 75 جنيه

• مدن البحر الأحمر: 130 جنيه

• مدن الصعيد: 95 جنيه
